FAQs

How long do I have access to the workshop?

You'll have access to the recordings for 3 months. The reason is because if I offer more time than that, research shows that you're less likely to listen and complete the work. ;)

What if I am unhappy with the workshop? Do you offer refunds?

You may request a full refund as long as you do so at least 48 hours in advance of the start date. After that, there are no refunds.

How much time will this take each week?

Each week's call is 90 minutes. Beyond that, you may want to schedule another hour for anything you didn't complete in the live session or for homework/ suggested exercises.

You'll make great progress if you just show up for the live calls. You'll move even further if you can dedicate a bit more time outside of the calls..
